Arianna (She/Her) is an empathetic and dedicated associate therapist with a passion for guiding clients on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Boston College and is currently in the final year of her Master of Social Work program at Boston College School of Social Work, Arianna is specializing in Afrocentric Social Work through their Clinical Program.

Arianna's approach to therapy is rooted in empowerment and understanding, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges with confidence. As an associate therapist, she is committed to continuously improving her skills and developing more knowledge to better serve her clients. Arianna focuses on targeting client-defined core memories, establishing meaning behind these events, understanding how it manifests through interpersonal relationships and self, and allowing the client to reconstruct their own trauma narrative. She employs a collaborative and harm-reduction approach to assisting her clients in reaching their goals, with a heavy emphasis on the client being the leader and writer of their own life and life's story.
