Get to Know Anjali!

Anjali (She/Her) is an Associate Therapist dedicated to serving clients in Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and is currently in the final year of her Master of Social Work program at Boston College School of Social Work. Anjali has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQI+ concerns.

Anjali's training encompasses a range of evidence-based therapy approaches, including Expressive Arts Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She has also completed Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (CCSP) training. By employing a trauma-informed lens to therapy, Anjali has helped clients improve their self image, build self-confidence, heal from past wounds and traumas, and create meaningful change within their daily lives.

In her therapy sessions, Anjali emphasizes a collaborative and strength-based approach. Her goal is to create a warm, accepting environment for clients who are navigating life's challenges. By empowering her clients through self-reflection, exploration, and tailored therapeutic techniques, Anjali helps them cultivate the richness and meaning they desire in their lives. Anjali is dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive space that centers the intersecting identities of her clients and that prioritizes the autonomy and empowerment of her clients.
